What the forms collect

A quote enquiry collects your name, email, phone number, property postcode, requested service, property details and optional preferred date. The feedback form collects your name, service, rating and optional comments. If you request a follow-up, it also asks for contact details.

How your details are used

Cleanique Pro uses enquiry details to discuss your needs, prepare a quote and coordinate an appointment. Feedback is used to improve service quality and respond if you have requested a follow-up. Feedback is not automatically published as a testimonial, and submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Storage and access

Form submissions are stored in the website's managed database. Enquiry and feedback notifications may be sent to the website owner through Manus. These records are not exposed through a public customer directory. Please avoid including alarm codes, payment details or other sensitive information in free-text fields.

Website operation

The site uses technical services to load pages, submit forms and protect them against repeated requests. The hosting platform may collect website usage and technical information through its analytics tools. External booking or WhatsApp links, when available, open services that have their own privacy policies.

To ask about your information, request a correction or ask for removal, contact Cleanique Pro through the enquiry form and describe your privacy request. You may ask for a copy of your stored enquiry or feedback information.
